Antalya Metropolitan Municipality may process personal data for the purposes specified below, in cases and to the extent permitted by the legislation, and this data may be retained for as long as these purposes require.

The rights of natural persons whose personal data are processed pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law are as follows;

The Institution will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost, we will charge the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Antalya Metropolitan Municipality can change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing it on the website www.antalya.bel.tr. As a rule, the provisions of the Privacy Policy modified by the institution will be made by uploading it to the www.antalya.bel.tr website.
